ZNF454

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF454 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,218 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF454-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, PDLIM7_S260, and PALM2AKAP2. Each is linked with ZNF454 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF454-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF454 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF454 versus CNN3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF454→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF454) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
