Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF444P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF444P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ZNF444P1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF444P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and HNSC show a favorable association.
KIRP, HNSC, and UCS are the cancer types where ZNF444P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
