Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF444 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,757 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF444-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, MYEF2, and SUGP2. Each is linked with ZNF444 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF444-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF444 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF444 versus UBA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
