The most reproducible ZNF444-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with ZNF444 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF444-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF444 results are reported.
