Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF444 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF444-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1A, GALR3, and CX3CR1. Each is linked with ZNF444 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF444-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF444 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADH1A grouped by ZNF444-low versus ZNF444-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF444→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF444) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
