Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF443 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF443-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP, RANBP3, and TNPO2. Each is linked with ZNF443 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF443-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF443 results are reported.
