The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF430 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF430 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF430 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
