The most reproducible ZNF430-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMNB2, MRPS15, and NDUFA10. Each is linked with ZNF430 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF430-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF430 results are reported.
