Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF430 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,714 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF430-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with ZNF430 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF430-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF430 results are reported.
