Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF426-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF426-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF426-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF426-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UVM show a favorable association.

BLCA, UVM, and OV are the cancer types where ZNF426-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
