Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF423 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,936 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF423-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPCP6, FGF9, and SPARCL1. Each is linked with ZNF423 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF423-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF423 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF423 versus HNRNPCP6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.
