Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF415 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,213 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF415-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, COPII-coated vesicle budding, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with ZNF415 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF415-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF415 results are reported.
