Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF415 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF415 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ZNF415 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF415 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, KICH, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF415 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
