Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF414 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF414 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ZNF414 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF414 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF414 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
