Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF414 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,739 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF414-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with ZNF414 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF414-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF414 results are reported.
