ZNF41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,067 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF41-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, CDT1, and FEN1. Each is linked with ZNF41 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF41-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EME1 grouped by ZNF41-low versus ZNF41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF41→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
