Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF41 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF41-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ZNF41 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF41-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF41 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by ZNF41-low versus ZNF41-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF41→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
