Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,723 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of heterochromatin formation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with ZNF41 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF41-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF41 results are reported.
