Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF391 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,169 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF391-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nucleus, Cytoplasmic translation, and Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription. Each is linked with ZNF391 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF391-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF391 results are reported.
