ZNF384

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF384 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,812 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF384-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, PTMS, and CMAS. Each is linked with ZNF384 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF384-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF384 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF384 versus XPO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF384→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF384) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
