Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF384 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,879 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF384-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, MAGOHB, and EMG1. Each is linked with ZNF384 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF384-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF384 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF384 versus NCAPD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF384→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF384) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
