Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF384 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF384-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with ZNF384 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF384-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF384 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ZNF384-low versus ZNF384-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF384→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF384) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
