Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF384 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,194 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF384-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Heterochromatin formation, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with ZNF384 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF384-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF384 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair grouped by ZNF384-low versus ZNF384-high in BONE.
