Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF354C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF354C data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF354C Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF354C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, HNSC, and SCLC are the cancer types where ZNF354C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
