ZNF35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF35-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD6, LSM3, and SPATA5L1. Each is linked with ZNF35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF35-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD6 grouped by ZNF35-low versus ZNF35-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF35→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
