ZNF35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF35-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Caspase-8, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ZNF35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF35-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ZNF35-low versus ZNF35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF35→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
