Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,016 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription elongation, Mitotic spindle assembly, and Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with ZNF35 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF35-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF35 results are reported.
