Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF343 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF343-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBTD1, PPM1J, and RSPH10B2. Each is linked with ZNF343 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF343-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF343 results are reported.
