Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF343 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF343 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZNF343 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF343 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and READ show a favorable association.
LIHC, MESO, and COAD are the cancer types where ZNF343 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
