Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF335 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,865 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF335-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosome separation, Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, and RNA polymerase II promoter clearance. Each is linked with ZNF335 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF335-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF335 results are reported.
