ZNF32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,294 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF32-associated genes across cancer lineages are ING4, ANAPC16, and RPP38. Each is linked with ZNF32 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF32-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF32 versus ING4 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF32→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
