Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF319 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,572 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF319-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Vesicle fusion, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with ZNF319 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF319-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF319 results are reported.
