Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF311 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF311 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ZNF311 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF311 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where ZNF311 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
