ZNF30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,121 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, CHAMP1, and ACIN1. Each is linked with ZNF30 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF30-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF30 versus WDR5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF30→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
