Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF295-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF295-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, LINC02759, and TUBB1P1. Each is linked with ZNF295-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF295-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF295-AS1 results are reported.
