The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF287 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF287 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF287 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
