Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF286B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF286B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF286B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF286B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.

UCEC, UCS, and SARC are the cancer types where ZNF286B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
