Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF286B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF286B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ZNF286B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF286B-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF286B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by ZNF286B-low versus ZNF286B-high in UCEC.
