The most reproducible ZNF286B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with ZNF286B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF286B-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF286B results are reported.
