The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ZNF280D Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF280D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF280D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
