The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF271P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF271P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZNF271P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
