Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF263 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,211 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF263-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTF2P, VN1R87P, and RNU6-729P. Each is linked with ZNF263 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF263-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF263 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF263 versus CTF2P in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF263→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF263) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
