ZNF256

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF256 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,728 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF256-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, NONO, and SDF2L1. Each is linked with ZNF256 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF256-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF256 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF256 versus TRIM28 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF256→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF256) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
