Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF256 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,727 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF256-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ZNF256 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF256-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF256 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by ZNF256-low versus ZNF256-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
