ZNF24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,535 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1A, SMAD4, and CHMP1B. Each is linked with ZNF24 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF24-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF24 versus RPRD1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
