Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,881 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF397, RPRD1A, and RNF138. Each is linked with ZNF24 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF24-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF24 results are reported.
