Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,777 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Host-mediated perturbation of viral transcription, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with ZNF24 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF24-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF24 results are reported.
