Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF235 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 417 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF235-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP106, MFNG, and CTSG. Each is linked with ZNF235 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF235-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF235 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF235 versus RNA5SP106 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF235→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF235) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
