Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF232 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF232-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA10, MYF5, and KCNA4. Each is linked with ZNF232 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF232-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF232 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA10 grouped by ZNF232-low versus ZNF232-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF232→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF232) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
