Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF226 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,399 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF226-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF227, ZNF222, and ZNF45. Each is linked with ZNF226 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF226-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF226 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF226 versus ZNF227 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF226→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF226) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
